Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
1. Who we are
This website, evolvinglivespg.com and its pages (including waterfall., groups., speaking., coaching., quiz., and lm. evolvinglivespg.com), is operated by Evolving Lives Professional Group LLC, a Michigan company that provides coaching, speaking, and training (“Evolving Lives,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Looking for therapy? Therapy services are provided by a separate company, Evolving Lives, Inc., at evolvinglivesinc.com. That company has its own privacy practices and its own notice of privacy practices for health information. This policy covers coaching, speaking, and training only.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, like your name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a form, book a call, register for an event, take a quiz, or download a resource.
- Answers you share in applications, quizzes, and intake forms, such as your role, your business, and what you’re hoping to change.
- Payment details when you buy a program. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don’t store your full card number.
- Anything you send us by email, text, or message.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and usage information, like your browser, device type, pages visited, links clicked, and the website that referred you.
- Information from cookies, pixels, and similar tools (see section 6), including the source of your visit (for example, an ad or a podcast link).
3. How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and deliver coaching, events, and resources you asked for.
- To send emails and, if you opt in, text messages about our programs, events, and content.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To understand which pages, ads, and resources are helpful, and to improve them.
- To show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and to measure whether they work.
- To keep our sites secure and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about appointments, events, programs, and resources. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
5. How we share it
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who work for us, such as our website and CRM platform, email and text delivery, scheduling, video meetings (Zoom and Google Meet), payment processing, and accounting. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Our coaches, when you book with or are matched to one of our team.
- Advertising and analytics partners, like Meta and Google, through cookies and pixels described below.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect someone’s safety or our rights.
- Business changes, if our business is reorganized, merged, or sold.
6. Cookies, pixels, and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep forms and bookings working, remember where a visit came from, measure traffic, and run and measure ads. These may include tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings, and opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. Some parts of our site may not work properly without cookies.
7. Email
If you join our list or download a resource, we’ll send you emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may still send you messages related to a purchase or a call you booked.
8. Coaching conversations
What you share in coaching is treated as confidential. We don’t share it outside our coaching team unless you give permission, unless the law requires it, or if we believe someone is at serious risk of harm. Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment, and coaching records are not health records. Sessions are not recorded unless we ask first and you agree.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above, for as long as you’re a client or subscriber, and as required for legal, tax, and accounting reasons. After that, we delete it or remove details that identify you.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we choose service providers that do the same. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
12. Minors
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. Coaching for students under 18 is arranged with a parent or guardian, who provides contact and payment information and consent. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
13. Other websites
Our pages link to other sites and services, like YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
