1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to evolvinglivespg.com and its pages (including waterfall., groups., speaking., coaching., quiz., and lm. evolvinglivespg.com). By using our sites, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the sites.
2. Who we are
The sites are operated by Evolving Lives Professional Group LLC, a Michigan company that provides coaching, speaking, and training (“Evolving Lives,” “we,” “us”). Therapy services are provided by a separate company, Evolving Lives, Inc., under its own terms.
3. Coaching is not therapy
Our coaching, groups, events, quizzes, videos, podcasts, and other content are for education and personal and professional development. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and they don’t diagnose or treat any condition. Some of our coaches are also licensed mental health professionals, but they do not act in that role when coaching. If you need therapy or medical care, please see a licensed provider. Nothing on our sites replaces professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
4. In a crisis
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Our coaching and our messages are not monitored for emergencies.
5. Programs and payments
Each coaching program, group, or event has its own agreement that covers price, schedule, payment terms, cancellations, and any guarantee. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the program agreement controls. Prices and offers shown on our sites can change at any time until you’ve enrolled.
6. Results and testimonials
Testimonials on our sites are real experiences shared by real clients, sometimes shortened for length. Individual results vary, and depend on many things, including your effort, your circumstances, and factors outside anyone’s control. We don’t promise any specific personal, professional, or financial result.
7. Our content
Everything on our sites, including the Waterfall Method, the Foundations of Flow, our quizzes, guides, videos, audio, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Evolving Lives or the people who licensed it to us. You’re welcome to use it for your own personal growth and to share links to it. You may not copy, sell, teach, or republish it, or use it to create competing programs, without our written permission.
8. Using our sites
Please don’t misuse our sites. That includes trying to break or overload them, accessing accounts or areas you aren’t allowed to, submitting false information, or using them to harass anyone or break the law. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.
9. Text message terms
If you opt in to texts from Evolving Lives, you’ll receive messages about appointments, events, programs, and resources. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and you’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
10. Third-party tools and links
We use outside services for things like scheduling, payments, video calls, and content, and our sites link to other websites. We’re not responsible for those services or sites, and their own terms apply when you use them.
11. Disclaimers
Our sites and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the sites will always be available or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Evolving Lives and its owners, coaches, and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or content. Our total liability for any claim related to the sites is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the sites or violation of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless a program agreement says otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the sites after an update means you accept the new terms.
